At Acacia Turf Farm, we've been growing turf at our farm in Gumlow for more than thirty years. What started in 1989 as a small family operation is now an established local supplier of Townsville-grown turf, and we're still family owned and operated to this day.
We focus on grass varieties that thrive in Townsville's dry-tropical climate. From the soft-leaf Sir Walter Buffalo to the hard-wearing Zoysia Nara and ultra-fine Tif Dwarf, every variety we grow is chosen for its ability to handle the heat, sun and humidity of North Queensland.
